The service
BinBunny is an inventory app provided by SomexAI Applications Group, LLC. By using it you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement.
AI results
Item names, categories, condition, value estimates, and listing text are generated automatically and can be wrong. Value estimates are not appraisals. You are responsible for checking anything you rely on, including listings you publish to marketplaces.
Scan credits
Credits are consumed one per identification or rescan, refunded automatically if the identification fails. Credits are tied to your account, don't expire, and aren't transferable or refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies.
Your content
You own your photos and data. You grant us the limited right to store and process them to provide the service. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use.
Marketplaces
Listings you create through BinBunny are governed by the marketplace's own terms and fees. We're not a party to your sales.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or discontinue features with reasonable notice. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
